Q. I can't find my shopping cart or add things to my cart?
A. Our Shopping Cart is located on the top right hand side of our web site. If your computers display settings are set to 800 x 600 you may need to scroll up and over to see your cart. Our website has been designed to work with over 80% of our online customer base who place their Display Settings at 1024 x 768.
Q. How do I register or sign up to Log In to make my first purchase?
A. There is no need to pre-register or Log In before ordering from our web site the first time. Simply buy the items you want, hit the “Checkout,” button, near your shopping cart on the top right side of the screen (you may need to scroll), then fill in the required information. All of your information will be remembered (except your credit information for security purposes) for your next visit and you may use the log in feature the next time you order from our site.
Q. Do you have a minimum order for orders in the United States?
A. No, we do not have a minimum order. We do suggest that you consider our flat shipping rate of $6.95 when ordering. Make the most of your shipping and consider ordering more than 1-2 items. Perhaps even order as a group to get the best bang for your buck!
Q. Do you ship your products internationally?
A. Yes, we offer delivery anywhere the United Post Office delivers.
Q. Do you offer a paper catalog?
A. To help keep costs down for our customers and to maintain our product availability real time, eliminating the need for backorders, we offer our products exclusively through our website www.divadata.com
Q. Can you create products with my companies Name and Logo on them?
A. We can create custom items if using your companies logo is within your rights to do so. We ask that you provide a high quality version of your company's logo, at least 300dpi.
Q. I have an idea for a product... Will you make it?
A. Please use the Contact Us form and let us know your idea! If it's something we put into production, we will ship one to you FREE along with a $25 Git Certificate!
